Financial Advisory Senior/Manager (Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh)

Work Location:

Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City Office

Lead and implement multi-service financial advisory projects, including: transaction advisory (M&A), financial review (due diligence), business valuation, financial restructuring, financial modeling, and corporate governance advisory;
Analyze financial statements, operational performance, cash flow, and capital structure to provide recommendations on investment, restructuring, and optimizing business efficiency;
Participate in wealth management consulting projects for business owners, including family businesses, asset structuring, financial planning, and portfolio optimization;
Review and ensure the quality of the team’s analyses, working documents, and consulting deliverables;
Draft and review consulting reports and strategic recommendations for clients and management;
Work directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders throughout the project implementation;
Conduct industry, market, and company research to support investment and strategic decisions;
Participate in developing service proposals, tender documents, and new business opportunities across various service areas;
Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure service quality;
Train, guide, and develop the team members;
Coordinate with internal teams and regional offices on domestic and cross-border projects;
Be ready to travel for project requirements.

At least 4 years of experience in a Senior position and 6 years in a Manager position in financial consulting, transaction advisory, auditing, valuation, or corporate finance;
Preference for candidates with experience at Big4 Audit and Consulting firms or international consulting/financial organizations;
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, or related fields;
Having international professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, CMA, etc., is an advantage;
Understanding the financial market, financial models, valuation methods, financial auditing, and financial reporting standards;
Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
Communication, presentation, and professional report-writing skills;
Good English is an advantage;
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools;
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under high pressure;
Leadership skills and team development abilities;
